Swiss Ball & Stretch class incorporating some beginner yoga sequences, taught by exercise physiologist Stuart Mashman.
Suitable for beginners and all levels. Hatha Yoga describes any form of Yoga using postures and breath. Usually means a slow/medium-paced class involving familiar Yoga postures to tone and loosen your body and quieten your mind. All classes emphasise the importance of the breath with relaxation time at the end.

Mana Yoga - seasonal, shamanic and energetic fusion - suitable for general level.
Power Therapy/Prenatal- Manly ONLY
A gentle flow yoga class to release muscular tension, building strength and resilience. Class includes mindfulness meditation to clear & calm the mind.
Conducted in a hatha style to help stretch and move the body after a long day. Held in Harvest Park (weather and light permitting) or inside Mungo Scott.
