Mantra Yoga provides a space where students from all walks of life and all levels of fitness can move into greater health and inner harmony through practising hatha yoga postures. Classes are taught in a warm room to allow the body to open more deeply. Our basic series is designed to systematically cleanse, strengthen and heal your whole body. The sequence of postures builds your bone and muscle strength, your flexibility, works your cardiovascular and respiratory systems and calms your mind. We move progressively deeper into all the systems of the body with a focus on working the spine, the abdominal muscles, the digestive, reproductive and endocrine systems. Your body is brought into a state of potential healing and you leave class feeling energised and relaxed.
