The second best thing is the size of our classes. The average number of students per class is 8 - 12, so you will get a lot of attention and correction.
Another important aspect of our school is its culture. The majority of the students who attend the school have been doing so over a long period of time. Because of this they have both an appreciation and dedication to the subject of yoga, and this energy pervades through the classes.
We teach on-going Foundation (Level 1) to Experienced (Level 3) Classes. There is also the opportunity to participate in our regularly held workshops, intensives and retreats, and we also offer a Teacher Training program once a regular and consistent practice has been established. Most of our classes can be attended on a walk in basis, however we do have an online booking system which we appreciate people using. Please view our current timetable here.
We also run an Introductory Course on the first weekend of each month from 11.30am - 1.30pm (Saturday & Sunday). If you are new to yoga this is the best way to begin - the class numbers are usually small (no more than 8 - 10 students) and provides an excellent foundation to the principles of Iyengar yoga in a practical way. Whether you start by attending an Introductory Course or attending one of our regular classes be sure to take advantage of our New Student Offer.
