Mana Yoga - seasonal, shamanic and energetic fusion - suitable for general level.

Introduction to Bala Krama (Stepping into Strength) - Level 1
A gentle flow yoga class to release muscular tension, building strength and resilience. Class includes mindfulness meditation to clear & calm the mind.
Conducted in a hatha style to help stretch and move the body after a long day. Held in Harvest Park (weather and light permitting) or inside Mungo Scott.
