Certified Iyengar Yoga teacher / Diploma in Education.

I've practised & studied yoga for over 20 years. My classes are conducted in a traditional classical style, with precise techniques and instructions to align the anatomical & physiological bodies in conjunction with breath awareness.

Props are used to bring a deeper understanding to the poses.

The focus in my personal practice & teaching is on developing inner & outer strength and exploring the calm & clarity that comes with working the body, mind & breath together.

Ideal for new comers to yoga or for those wanting to consolidate their regular practice.

Practise & learn the foundation of the classical poses which, when practiced correctly, help to create a sense of well-being & one-ness. All levels welcome.

TEEN SCHOOL YOGA: As well as stretch & tone muscles, my school yoga programme encourages students to explore the movements of their spine & endeavours to bring a better understanding about the benefits of good posture.

CORPORATE YOGA: The aim of my yoga programme is to bring about an understanding of the value and benefits of yoga that can prevent a lot of health problems over the course of a lifetime.

POLICIES:

Port Stephens classes run 4 terms per year including school holiday programmes (12 weeks)

Sydney classes run 4 terms per year, concurring with NSW school terms (10 weeks)

No classes on public holidays.

Bookings: All bookings require full payment to secure your place.

Cancellations: All cancellations incur a 50% processing fee.

Refunds: There are no refunds or transfers once term/event has commenced.
