I have been going to yoga classes with Stacey for about 8 years. I'd never done yoga before and wasn't sure what to expect. I really needed something for me..... and to learn how to take time for myself. I can honestly say the classes are great, especially for ladies who want to stay flexible and learn the importance of how breathing correctly helps with our health. Stacey is always supportive and encouraging .... I miss class during the holidays and feel so much better every Friday afterwards. Whatever my body needs, stretching, balancing and relaxing and doing that with such a lovely group of ladies.... fab beginning to the weekend. I can honestly say yoga with Stacey has had a huge impact on my life.
