GoogleI’m very grateful that I completed my trauma informed yoga training that offered a clear understanding of the mind–body connection. I liked the topic of polyvagal theory, which helped me understand how deeply our nervous system shapes both physical and emotional wellbeing. I enjoyed the theory part and the actual yoga practice with Ellie. This whole experience was very meaningful and empowering. Magdalena
Embodied Asana was a wonderful course covering so much in four days - from philosophy, to anatomy to physical practice. Being able to share and connect with other yoga teachers was a magical experience. I would highly recommend!
I am half way through my 300 hr training and I wanted to express how much I am enjoying every course so far. Most recently I took the post natal & baby and me yoga course and Alexa is so passionate and knowledgeable around the subject. She has such a kindness in the way she delivers her trainings and classes and I am very grateful to have had the chance to learn from her. I’m so happy to have completed this course and excited to start teaching very soon!
I completed the Yin yoga teacher training in February 2026, It was an all round excellent experience. The content online is really thorough and informative. The in person two days consolidated the theoretical aspects into tho the physical/ practical aspects of the practice. I can’t wait to develop the teachings further and eventually start teaching Yin classes In my community. I highly recommend the course.
I completed a full day of training in Accessible Chair Yoga with Dina Medina at the wonderful Shala School. The course was well constructed to be concise and informative and Dina shared her experience and obvious passion for the subject. We worked as a group and in break out teams and it has given me the confidence to now teach this style of yoga to seniors and those less mobile in my community.
