I took intro the groove all 90s heated vinyasa class on Sunday at noon through class pass Jake was great at correcting poses. The music was awesome. The studio was nice, there was a bit of little things on the floor. It was clean but not spotless and when you have wet feet from hot yoga sweat any little thing sticks to them. I brought my own mat and towels. I would recommend bringing a towel and wearing a wrist sweat band to wipe your face. This is my first hot yoga (I've done y7 once) and i was fine, so definitely recommend it for beginners. Mats are for rent only and i think towels are also for rent- so bring your own. They've got intro offers and challenges for members.

I love taking Robert’s class! I was never a fan of hot yoga before attending his classes, but he fosters such a lovely environment of joy, serenity, and comfort, and I attribute my newfound love for hot yoga to him. He does an incredible job of challenging his more experienced students while also accommodating beginners such as myself. I love the playlists he puts together for classes as well! Overall a clean and beautiful space - I highly recommend taking Robert’s class!

My favorite yoga studio in NY. The classes are heated, warm but not suffocating, and it’s always a very welcoming environment. Robert is my favorite teacher, you can count on being challenged and growing in your practice without feeling excluded if you’re a beginner/not as experienced as others. Very grateful for this space.

I popped in using my class pass credits for Hot vinyasa. I really loved the space, it was clean and had lots of thoughtful things in the bathroom in case you needed it! Rubber-bands, tampons, even deodorant. I was craving a peaceful but challenging class and that’s exactly what I got. The teacher was Greg and he was great, I’ll definitely come back when I’m in the area! Just felt like sharing my good experience .. thanks !!!

Kala yoga is the local yoga studio of your dreams, hands down the best studio in the area. Every teacher is experienced and puts their own spin on class, it’s never too hot, the perfect amount of challenging and the studio managers are a delight. They love the local community and their prices are fair, I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Thank you Kala!
