My soul vibrates with Night for the Soul at Bhakti Yoga and its guests, extraordinary musicians. A beautiful place. Excellent location, ample parking, and a warm atmosphere for those of us seeking to reconnect with our souls. I'll be back.
Bhakti is a yoga and holistic therapy studio that offers a comprehensive approach to spirituality and the individual's needs. They currently offer several yoga classes for beginners, advanced yoga instructors, and seniors. They also offer weekly primordial sound meditation sessions and hold numerous workshops throughout the year on a variety of topics. There are Barré classes, which are super intense and last an hour, held throughout the week. These are great for improving physical fitness. The technique fuses Pilates, yoga, and ballet! Sheyla, the studio's owner, is always extremely attentive in the classes she teaches, attentive to correcting postures and bringing out the best in each individual. Likewise, any physical limitations that a person may have in achieving postures are always respected. They also have a nutritionist and a doctor who handles Ayurvedic medicine. I've been visiting the studio for almost 7 years, and I wouldn't change it for anything. It's well worth visiting and getting to know them. The atmosphere is very cordial and family-like. There's a lot of respect among all of us who visit the center, and it's a very sisterly atmosphere. The classes are wonderful, and you really feel like you've been there. Wonderful! Highly recommended. The Barre classes are very energetic, and the instructor creates a perfect combination of physical movements and the use of dumbbells. Give it a try; you'll see how much your body thanks you for it.
I've been at the Bhakti Yoga studio for a year, and the experience has been spectacular. The guidance, the atmosphere, and the respect that the instructors provide to their students in every class, both in yoga and barre classes, are evident. Finding that space of safety and privacy that this magical place provides makes it unique. The surroundings of the place also help create new and beautiful friendships.
