GoogleJulien is an exceptional yoga teacher. Two two of us took 30+ classes with him in about a month at Alchemy Yoga, and that alone says a lot. We mostly joined his FIRE class; easily one of the two most intense (and possibly the most physically demanding) classes Alchemy offers. Even at that level of effort, Julien’s teaching always felt grounded and safe. His cues are clear, his pacing is smart, and he knows how to push you without making it feel reckless. What really sets him apart is his authenticity. Nothing feels performative. He helps you connect with your body and mind in a way that’s practical and real, not abstract. Over the month we were on the membership program, we felt noticeable progress: strength, focus, and overall awareness. If you’re at Alchemy and see Julien on the schedule, take the class (especially FIRE) if you want a serious challenge.

I had a beautiful experience here. The class with Julien was amazing — I felt very connected throughout the practice and it was welcoming to all levels of experience. The space is gorgeous, peaceful, and very cozy, which made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be back tomorrow
