to restore & promote health, focus on Deep Relaxation & Meditation. For beginners & those with health challenges (including surgery & cancer treatment)
BLACKWOOD: A general Hatha Yoga class including asana (poses), vinyasa (mindful movement sequences); pranayama (breathing exercises); and relaxation.
A flowing practice where movement is linked with the breath. Classes are designed to deeply stretch, strengthen, cleanse and tone the whole body.
Friday Flow & Release. 2nd & 4th Friday of month. Find freedom & release dynamic flow. We finish with 2 - 3 relaxation poses to rebalance & restore.
