I love playing sports and qualify as sport coach. I believe in physical training and never think that one day I will do yoga until I join Amy’s classes. It makes me feel connected to my body not only physically but also mentally. Morning sunrise class gave me positive energy last though a whole day. Vinyasa flow and Yin yoga class in the evening help me feel clam, relax after a whole day at work. Thanks Amy for being wonderful teacher.
