Yoga Spirit Studios is committed to creating a safe and sacred community dedicated to peace, healing, and growth. Our mission is to provide authentic teachings of the ancient science of Yoga and Meditation to attain the elevated state of individual well-being, physically, mentally, and spiritually -SAT CHITTA ANANDA (True blissful self)


Values-3 Pillars

Shakti, Sadhana & Shanti


1) Shakti (Divine) -

Always be humble and practice gratitude to the divine Shakti (energy) to provide nourishment and protection. Total surrender or Ishwar Pranidhanat. Therefore everyone at YSS practices in union with mutual respect and love keeping their egos aside.


2) Sadhana (Practice) -

*Dedicating time for personal sadhana (practice) is important, we encourage our students and teachers to do the daily practice of 15-20min (physical asana, breathing, or meditation).

*Yoga is one goal and many paths. If you are looking for good stretches or for inner peace or are a spiritual seeker-  Everyone is welcome.

*There is no one size fits all, no one version of a pose, or no one practice that will resonate with everyone, therefore we value modification and variety.


3) Shanti (Peace)-

*The yoga teacher’s role is to help each individual find their unique harmonic alignment in body, mind, and spirit.

*Our space is an embodiment of peace and tranquility.
