I’ve had such a wonderful experience practicing Bikram yoga with Belinda. She is very welcoming. She started with running me through the studio when the first time I visited it. Her class is thoughtfully structured, calming, and empowering at the same time. Instructions are clear. I left the class feeling deeply relaxed. Highly recommended!
I absolutely love my classes at Eastside Pilates - I couldn't recommend Belinda and her team highly enough. Every class is challenging, and consistent effort brings noticeable results. I particularly love the Hot Fusion classes - each is tailored to meet individual needs, so you can push as hard as you would like in any given session whilst ensuring a holistic, whole body work out. The technique-driven classes focus on strength and wellbeing, and setting up our bodies for a long healthy life. I also love Belinda's Vinyasa Flow and Bikram classes. Such an incredible work out for the body and mind. Always uplifting and good for the soul. The studio itself is beautifully set up, calm, and uplifting, with a lovely sense of community. Highly recommended!
I attend Belinda's hot pilates class once a week and absolutely love it. The classes are always challenging in the best way, and I leave feeling stronger and refreshed. The atmosphere is welcoming, with everyone being so friendly and supportive. Belinda is a fantastic instructor, encouraging, knowledgeable, and always checking in with us regularly. I couldn’t recommend Eastside Yoga and Pilates more highly!
I highly recommend Eastside Yoga and Pilates. The instructors are welcoming and helpful. They provide gentle guidance if needed to help you get the most out of the classes and the heated Pilates based workout is challenging but able to be adapted for how you feel on the day. There is enough variation to keep the classes interesting while still gaining skills and confidence with the exercises. Thank you Belinda for creating this lovely studio!
