I had my first introductory session with Julia yesterday, and I loved the whole experience. Everything was well organised. The whole-body workout hit the right spot and was great for all levels. I love how encouraging and welcoming Julia was. And she speaks to her clients by referring to them by name, which is rare for an instructor who meets so many different clients every day. What a lovely community. During the workout session I could still enjoy the music and still hear what Julia said, and I love that we can use the sanitising wipes as often as needed, which ensures the equipment is thoroughly sanitised. Sorry, I forgot to put the 10kg dumbbell and one of the 6kg dumbbells back in the rack yesterday. I just remembered it on my way home. 😭

Overall I have loved my last couple weeks at the new STRONG-Kensington Park! All instructors are super welcoming and create a welcoming and inclusive environment. Especially have loved Tamara and Nathan’s energy that they put into their classes!!! Each class will challenge you regardless of the experience you have with Pilates! Love it here!!!

Strong KP is an amazing studio with such a positive vibe. The instructors are not only professional and knowledgeable but also super motivating, which makes every session something I genuinely look forward to. The timing of the classes fits perfectly into my schedule, which is a huge bonus. Every workout feels challenging yet achievable, and I’ve seen real progress. If you’re looking for a supportive, energising space to train, I can’t recommend Strong KP enough! Love this place 🫢🏻❀️

Such an awesome studio! the staff are so welcoming and love to have a chat before or after classes! I love how Kensington do walk and run clubs, as well as many social events throughout the year!

THE BEST COMMUNITY! I love strong, always incorporating something new in every class with a mixture of strength, cardio and Pilates. The instructors are so supportive and welcoming which makes it that much easier waking up and pushing myself at 5am everyday!!
