GoogleManavi is a wonderful teacher who goes above and beyond the physical practice of yoga to create a place of community, inclusivity, and general wellbeing. Whether I dropped in on a group yoga class or met with her for one on one instruction, I was pushed to the bounds of what I thought I was capable of in the best ways possible. Through past yoga classes, I have the flexibility required to get into some more difficult poses but Manavi pushed for proper form and flow to achieve these poses inclusive of breathwork. If you’re looking to elevate or deepen your practice, I can’t recommend Manavi enough.
Manavi seriously changed my life. I had my bias about westernized yoga and prefer more intense workouts, but Manavi changed every perspective I had. She teaches you core principles of discipline that apply to everyday life, challenges you in every pose so you push yourself further, and is one of the most supportive people I have had the pleasure of getting to know. The tradition she teaches is amazing for self-regulation and more intense than a HIIT workout at times (just ask about Rolling in the Deep....). Go to her, she taught me so much about the practice of yoga and how it can be applied to your life. Seriously, I can't rave about her more and how amazing she is as a teacher and person.
If you want to increase your physical and mental strength, look no further-- Manavi is a grounding, compassionate, and inspiring yoga teacher. She explains what each yoga pose symbolizes-- crucial for one's confidence and growth. At the same time, she is calm and has that beautiful smile on her face throughout the class. I felt rejuvenated after each class.
Manavi is a really kind, friendly, and supportive instructor who creates a yoga class that will push anyone regardless of level and leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. I, as a beginner, felt comfortable and supported by Manavi and I’d recommend her classes to anyone.
