Malas pregnancy yoga classes are so relaxing and really help stretch my body. She creates such a calm environment and makes you feel super comfortable throughout. Her pregnancy classes are tailored so you can do them at any stage of your pregnancy, and she really focuses on helping you build the mind to body connection. Mala is a great yoga instructor, id highly recommend her classes - they are filled with such lovely people and a lot of positivity. I always feel so light and refreshed after a class!

I attended some sessions quite early on in my pregnancy, Mala’s space is welcoming and her classes are full of very open and friendly women. Definitely something worth trying. I attended prenatal yoga from 12 weeks with Mala. She is excellent teacher ,very positive and makes us feel really confident about giving birth. She guides very well and her techniques are good. I always used to look forward for my session on Sundays. Very relaxing sessions with lots of useful information on birthing. Highly recommend.
