I have learnt GENUINE PRACTICAL TOOLS FOR LIFE in the courses at Tara Yoga Centre. I'm a current member of the Tantra & Yoga courses. Since 2017 when I became a student until present year, it has been a continuous process of deepening connection to myself, my core values and to both friends and family. I have cultivated life-long friendships within the community there. Through the practice and knowledge taught, I have discovered a passion and purpose in my work, life and relationships. Also, I have learnt to embrace my femininity and feel very empowered as a woman from my experiences at Tara. The centre is a registered charity and the teachers are students themselves and offer their time freely, even before or after classes if you have extra questions. There have been some nasty rumours about this place, however, I highly recommend to try it out before labelling it. If you're interested in something that goes deep, not new-age 'woo woo' then this is the place to try. Photos are from various workshops, events & retreats held by Tara from 2018 to 2025 :)

I went to the Tantric Festival and it was awesome! Like being with a family that has great energy. It’s a very safe space where all are welcomed. If you want to discover your spiritual path, make friends that are also on this journey. It’s a truly spiritual place and run by great teachers, really devoted to what they’re doing and what’s great is that it’s a charity so you know everything they do is to help keep the school running, not for someone’s profit.

I have been attending the Tantra festival for two years, and it's always a wonderful time I take to treat myself and spend the whole weekend in the amazing energy of unconditional love that the festival brings to our souls and hearts. My few recommendations are not to include workshops where we don't have activities to practice as partners or groups (like the one with Nick and ?), and go back to how it was before, with more workshop options in the agenda, if you are still considering leaving talks. They are too boring for most of us to stay sitting on a hard floor or uncomfortable chair for 90 minutes without practice exercises or move around. Also, maybe fewer workshops including dance as they took a great part of the agenda this last event and repeating them every festival is not that great.

I've just finished the Tara festival and what a weekend! It was filled with uplifting and heart opening activities, all interactive and of exceptional quality. I have learnt so much and I loved the participants, newbies and veterans. :) Everyone was so nice, open and respectful. This is my 3rd festival and I have already booked for the next one.
