GoogleI started pregnancy Pilates and yoga with Kristy when I was only 15 weeks pregnant. Thanks to her classes, I did not only get appropriate strength training and relaxation time during my pregnancy, but most importantly for me I received so much valuable input on how to cope with pain, use my mind and breath, to get through labour naturally and without medication. My partner and I also joined the Active birth workshop, which was very empowering for the both of us. He knew exactly how to support me during Labour, which was an enormous help for me! Very grateful to Kristy and her caring energy, sheβs truly amazing at supporting women in this journey!
I attended pregnancy yoga with Kristy from 14 weeks pregnant right up until 2 days before I gave birth to my daughter. I also loved the monthly restorative yoga and reiki sessions; and mums and bubs yoga in my postpartum period. Kristy is exceptional at what she does - her classes were always the highlight of my week and I truly believes they helped prepare me not just for birthing but also bonding with my baby! A truly wonderful experience all round, cannot recommend highly enough!
I went to pregnancy yoga with my second pregnancy, the connection I was able to experience with my unborn child was beautiful and each session gave me a sense of peace and strength before my birth. The stretching and relaxation we did in class made my pregnancy easier and I also incorporated this at home too. Iβve attended the mums and bubs yoga and just recently the end of month session with Kristy and Jess and cannot recommend it enough. Will definitely be returning, thank you for the amazing work you do Kristy. I wish I had found you sooner!
I am now doing Mums and Bubs Yoga and Pilates with my second child after doing them both with my son. Kristy is amazing at what she does: anytime I have had an injury she has adjusted the exercises, encouraged me, taught me many different breathing techniques which have helped during and birth and now motherhood. I first tried her class at 36 weeks pregnant and had never done any yoga before, and it was the best decision I made. I recommend Kristy very highly to anyone looking at doing pre or post pregnancy yoga and pilates. π
Great studio where the Pregnancy classes are small which makes it intimate and comfortable. Kristy is a great teacher who focusses on explaining why certain yoga stretches can help you through your birth, I have enjoyed my classes where I was able to just focus on my little nugget and calming my busy mind. Would recommend to anyone!
