The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, always creating a positive and encouraging environment. A special mention to Susana Belo, the manager, who is such a wonderful person. I went to the yoga studio for a massage I had with Vanessa. What a beautiful, warm soul, it was quite a wonderful experience. ✨ I can only recommend to everyone! I felt safe, in good hands and seen by her. Also I felt right at home in the Studio, a great energy there, and am already looking forward to seeing you again and then also super keen to try one of the many, great yoga classes. 🙏🏼
The studio is a real hidden gem. We were holidaying nearby and wanted to fit some yoga in to our day. Ocean Yoga was perfect, with a lot of class options and friendly instructors who were very patient with us as relative beginners to yoga, so we could go at our pace. They also instructed in English, which was incredibly thoughtful! The studio is new and very clean, but the instructors were so experienced and informative. Thanks and hope to visit again in the future!
I had a wonderful massage by Vanessa today at this lovely, serene studio located just a few blocks from the beach. Both Susana and Vanessa are fluent English speakers and made me feel so welcome, which is important when you're getting on the table. So when it came to my specific needs, I felt very comfortable putting myself in Vanessa's hands. She's a great communicator and I highly recommend.
The beautiful studio with caring and warm trainers. The place was created with love for people and the world. Trainers easily switch to English even if there are non-Portuguese speakers in the lesson. I really like this place
