Alexandra is the most warm, welcoming, joyful, soulful instructor. I had the great privilege to be part of her 300 hour advanced yoga teacher training program, and also took a number of classes on her rooftop at Mindful Bali! Her work is life changing. I came to her work through her Sober Yoga Community. Mindful Bali is a sacred space for everyone to come and practice authentically and experience Bali beyond the tourist destinations. Her flows are intuitive, engaging, creative, and accessible. The views are overlooking the rice fields and it’s so serene! My favorite event though is Kirtan! I HIGHLY recommend joining her sunset kirtans! It’s a beautiful and sacred experience. If you do one thing in Bali - visiting Mindful Bali should be it! I cannot recommend Mindful Bali, and Alexandra and her work, enough! πŸ™πŸ»πŸ™πŸ»πŸ™πŸ»

So delighted to discover this gem of a Yoga Shala and instructor. All I can say is Wow! From the moment you go down the lane to this Oasis overlooking a lush green field with the sounds of birds and flowing water, you can just feel the tension leaving your body and soul. Alex has a gentle, loving voice to make you feel totally at ease and at home. Bonus too that there is a hotel/restaurant right next door where you can stay or enjoy a great breakfast or lunch following your a.m. Yoga session. I cannot recomment Mindful Bali highly enough. Thanks Alex.....you have yourself another new student.

Just Wow Words can not describe how special Alex's classes are. The space she creates is so very lovely and I'd highly recommend. The yoga session we attended was perfectly paced, we worked but as a very soft and flowing pace. Which we really needed. Yoga at Mindful Bali is a true experience, not just a fitness class. Alexandra hosts practice at her rooftop shala overlooking rice fields and opens with a prayer to the gurus. Her songs are magic and add so much to the practice, which includes a daily flow class and weekly yin yoga. I attended four weeks of daily practice and found it incredibly beneficial for both mind and body. She also hosts a Friday night community kirtan, also magical as the sun sets over the rice paddies. I can’t recommend Mindful Bali highly enough, it’s well worth the effort of leaving the β€œbig barn” venues of Ubud for a truly transformative experience.

Alex and I met on an online course in about 5 years ago during Covid. I was in Ubud to run a body psychotherapy training and had the joy of meeting in the flesh, and discovering Alex’s gorgeous practice space, Mindful Bali, just outside Ubud. With views over the rice paddies, and extension plans in preparation, this will be a delightful space to do your yoga teacher training. I loved Alex’s class, her energy and grounded instruction.
