GoogleThe most amazing yoga studio that I have had the pleasure to enjoy in London! A wide variety of yoga styles are offered by incredible and experienced teachers. Reception staff are efficient and friendly. The facilities are spotless and the environment clean and serene. Could not recommend more highly!
A good studio space. I first came to Indaba about 6-7 years ago. And returned 6 years later in recent months! Time flies.. the studio itself looks quite different to what it used to look like all those years ago (unsurprising) - and I felt so confused about the changing rooms, I swear it used to be upsets and had a different look and feel! Anyways, strange observation! It's still a nice space, modest, simple :) I've tried a few classes - one of the best was Emi Tulls class - she teaches super advanced Asana practices. But she is still so down to earth and I feel she pays extra attention to everyone in the class; sometimes classes are quite packed and she still effortlessly manages to do this, offering adjustment based on need - quite the multitasking genius! I really appreciate the adjustments and supports she provides me in class. I wish every class could have this - I felt that I really benefited from the class. I appreciate all teachers style etc - but I can't always say I always benefited from attending them. So Emis classes are really beneficial and open! And she is such a lovely kind person too! I did attend another class (don't wish to share the name) - which maybe wasn't the best to attend, some of the adjustments didn't feel quite right (appropriate).. so this is an area of improvement I think on part of the studio. I would come back again for a select few classes.
