GoogleI got to know Monika during her retreat in Mexico. it was such a special experience full of amazing contents, Classes, ceremonies, breathing work, meditations , amazing place to stay with the best food I ever ate! Monika is an outstanding teacher and human, she knows so much About the Human body her corrections and way of teaching is so intelligent , full of knowledge . as a dancer I feel I understood new ways to control and use my body correctly and smarter during Pilates classes and in general.I’m so grateful for this opportunity to get to know Monika and learning so much from her . I recently attended a week long wellness (yoga/pilates) retreat in the jungle near Tulum, Mexico that was curated and organized by Monika. Although not having a strong practice in either, I thoroughly enjoyed my time spent there. I am so grateful to have been invited to join, and couldn’t be more thankful that I did! In addition to daily yoga, pilates, meditation and breath work classes with Monika, this retreat also included traditional Mayan/Aztec ceremonies, sound healing and plenty of dancing and connection with the other participants. The location/venue could not have been more perfect for the week - there was even an cenote on the premises! Monika’s lengthy preparation and dedication to ensuring everyone was comfortable, well fed and fulfilled cannot be understated. I know just from this one week of daily classes with her, that Monika’s teaching is superb. She checks in during classes, makes suggestions and even tailored certain positions to those that needed (like me!). Her bright light and beautiful spirit are exactly what one looks for and what one needs in these practices. FIVE STARS times a million! ✨

Monika is amazing. She knows and understands the human body better than anyone I've ever met. Her ability to adapt the workouts to your needs and teaches you how to do the exercises correctly which gives you almost instant relief and improvement.
Monika is an outstanding Pilates instructor. She pushes our class to be our best (and we feel it in our bodies the next couple of days) but is also very mindful of our individual limitations by giving us modifications as necessary. I love that every class is different; though we hit every basic routine, she designs a different approach so that the flow of the class is rarely predictable. Monika’s positive energy encourages us to push through each class and I usually feel quite accomplished at the end, tired but accomplished. Highly recommend taking her class.
