Ben & Kalindi (and drummer Bruce) offers beautiful Kirtan and philosophy talks. The Sunday evenings are a great way to end the weekend and start the week afresh. They are amazing group of wonderful souls to connect with and learn from. I have made some beautiful, genuine, lifelong friends here.

Ben's Monday yoga class is always popular and has many regulars! I love how he teaches gentle yoga asana practice and the kirtan meditation in the end of class. Also Sunday kirtan is very soothing and relaxing, such a nice way to end the week and welcome the new coming week!
