We are dreaming of creating a studio where people can come, meet like-minded, create new friendships, and transform themself (body, mind and spirt - whole life)
We are passionatly about sharing our journey, to inspire others on theirs.
What is the benefit of Yoga?
Yoga and meditation brings about mindfulness. The first focus is on the alignment of the body in the particular postures. Then the student becomes aware of their breathing, and the breaths ability to calm down the mind.
The ability to focus the mind can be achieved through practice. Yoga teaches us to bring our attention to the sensations in your body and the rhythms of the constant breath.

Mindfulness: the nonjudgmental awareness of experiences in the present moment
Benefits of mindfulness have wide reaching consequences which brings about body awareness, self-awareness, regulation of emotions and attention.
