I have been practising yoga since 1972 and teaching since 1978. In 1993 Iwas given the title Yogacharya, master of yoga. I have authored several books on the subject and am passionate about bringing the ancient yoga practices into the modern day context. 

I continue learning about mind and self studying with the William Glasser Institute Australia (WGIA). I find the principles of Choice Theory and methods of understanding oneself through Reality Theory analogous with yoga principles. These tools are extremely useful in private conscultations with students.

I teach regular yoga and meditation classes in Forest Lake, Brisbane, QLD, private consultations in person or by Skype, workshops and retreats within QLD, interstate and abroad.

I also enjoy teaching yoga philosophy to yoga teacher trainees for YIMI as well as workshops in other institutional settings interstate and abroad.

I have classes most weekdays and two other qualified teachers who teach at my studio when I am away. 

The style of yoga I teach is doable for the average person. Classes include postures, breathing and yoga nidra meditation in all classes Mondays, Tuesdays, Wedpays 6.30pm and Friday and Sundays 10am.
