Anandana’s classes are wonderful. She adjusts the classes to the right level depending on who joins. She gives very clear guidance regarding the poses which are strong and there’s always a meditative bit at the end which is calming and therapeutic. She’s a lovely warm and welcoming person too.

The Portugal Iretreat was amazing Our day would start with Ananandana conducting yoga. The food was delicious and so healthy 😋 We did crazy stuff in the villages and ended with meditation. Anandana....your voice is so soothing 😊 Definitely recommend going for Anandana's retreat ♥️
