Excellent teacher and great retreats! I have learnt to be with and love my body again through Craig's yoga classes. Particularly love the way he gently guides us to practice the asanas according to how our bodies are responding from moment to moment. Craig is passionate and knowledgeable about the science of yoga, prana and the breath, yet he is humble, friendly and kind. Highly recommend Craig's classes.
