I recently attended Cathy’s healing liver and digestion workshop at the London Meditation Centre in Holland Park. Cathy has helped me change my life. A year ago I was suffering and my health was poor. This year, I easily passed my annual physical with a clean bill of health. She is teacher, guide and friend - she has taught me to love yoga and myself again. She cares so deeply and gears each of our sessions exactly right - intuiting when I need to move and when I need to restore, when I need to laugh and when to be silent. She is also incredibly reliable - never canceling, always incredibly flexible. She has a deep love and understanding of the elements of yoga, especially the profound link between mind and body and how to bring out the best. I feel lucky for every session I get to spend with Cathy.

I have cancer and was recommended by my neighbour to try yoga with Cathy.This was in October 2022 I am now a convert. I practice Cathy's videos every day and I can really feel the benefits. I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for. So I'm sure I could go to a group and get cheaper yoga , however when we see Cathy she tailors the lesson for me! And me only. So it's well worth paying that bit extra. Cathy always makes notes prior to our session. Cathy always takes time to explain everything in great detail. Cathy had me stading on my head for 5 minutes,and I would never have thought I would be capable of doing that. Cathy made it easy. When the yoga lesson has finished she takes time after with us discussing the session and just general stuff! Weather is diet or some else relevant to me and my fight. So in essence I would highly recommend Cathy. It's well worth the money. Do it!! Just remember "Reeeeelaaaax"

A super informative and productive workshop with Cathy. It was great doing yoga for a few hours and then learning about the liver and how to detox. I really look forward to doing the liver flush with all support from Cathy. Yoga was great- I felt both relaxed and challenged.
