I love this studio and the owners and I'm still sad we were forced to move to the other side of town. Recommend this place to anyone who values a good practice and a really good group of people. Lovely vibes.

Very friendly, laidback yet professional yoga space. I particularly enjoy Jaime's classes and his Yin class. The studio is neatly laid out, welcoming. The offer is quite complete and very affordable, even for drop-in. Highly recommend!

Im am nearly finished with my second month of my practice at this studio and I find it to be a warm welcoming community with a nice variety of different styles of yoga. I believe what seperates this studio from a 5 star rating is that class sizes are often too crowded in the evenings and weekends making some postures difficult to do. One suggestion I'd have may be designating areas for mats to be laid out evenly so that it doesn't bunch up in some sections of the studio, or even reducing the class size slightly.
