I love my regular yoga and pilates sessions with Dawn! She is passionate and extremely knowledgeable across multiple areas of yoga and meditation, and I feel that there is always more to learn! Her sessions are always diverse and challenging. She is clear in her instructions, and always happy to answer any questions which has made the transition to online sessions enjoyable and easy to follow. I always look forward to my lessons. With her amazing teaching I feel that I am getting stronger and learning a lot! Would recommend to anyone regardless of your experience!
