Tula Yoga in Orpington is held in the beautiful old priory building which in itself helps relaxation. Molly’s class can suit all abilities and poses are carefully designed to gently flow into each other which keeps excellent engagement. Molly is an inspiring, friendly and encouraging teacher who also brings in an element of fun, especially when trying out balancing poses! I always emerge from the class refreshed and with a spring in my step. Well done Molly for creating such an inclusive ambiance !
