GoogleA yoga studio like no other. There is something very special about this place🫶🏽 I first walked into Think Focus Act Yoga during a time of quiet loss and grief. This space offered something I deeply needed; stillness, nurturing, and a way to come back home to myself. The restorative classes taught me to slow down and truly listen to what my body was asking for. Lucy’s yin classes will forever continue to amaze me. She brings variety each week, provides gentle hands-on support when needed, and she has a unique way to bring calm to the room. (I love the touch of the Tibetan bowl at the end) There is so much care and intention in every class, and a beautiful sense of community without pressure or expectation. Particularly Di’s restorative classes. They are beautiful, and poetic. Grounding and nurturing. Thank you for being such an integral part of my life.
I’m so happy that I’ve found my yoga studio ❤️❤️ I cannot recommend Think Act Focus enough 🙌🙌 Di and her team of amazing instructors are all so welcoming, accommodating and experienced instructors. The studio is so peaceful - it’s impossible not to feel relaxed and enjoy zen bliss amongst the greenery, tranquil sound from outdoor water feature as you are guided through yoga that is gently tailored to suit all levels.
Tucked away in the little community of Newport Village is a spiritual haven. As you go through the white gates it reminds me of being transported to a holiday destination like Port Douglas, where lush greenery and tiny Buddha statues support you into a space of restoration and well-being. Inside you’ll find beautiful nurturing spaces, lovingly created by the founders, Di and Larry and a plethora of classes and holistic practices with such a wonderful array of offerings. Whether you are coming to one of the many yoga classes on offer, the practise of gentle yoga connects and grounds you to your mind, body and soul. To be caressed by Di’s wonderfully resonate voice - (she also does hypnotherapy and has some supportive relaxing sleep meditations to purchase on-line) - or you want to wake up your core with one of the new Pilates classes on offer, there is something wonderful and rejuvenating for everyone. It’s been a well kept secret of mine for two years since I came to live in Williamstown North but everyone needs a piece of this haven and community in their life. Not to mention the exquisite massage gifts of the incredibly attuned and grounded Jennifer or the Reiki and Numerology offered by Larry and his vibrant and positive energy. Check the love out! 💝 You won’t be disappointed!!
I can’t recommend Think Focus Act highly enough. I love my weekly yoga classes. It’s such a welcoming, warm and inclusive space. I had only done a little bit of yoga before I starting coming and now 2 years in I wouldn’t miss it for anything! Di and Yelda are wonderful. The space is beautiful. Lots of class options and the ability to tailor the classes to what your body needs each time. Love this place!
Dianne was a phenomenal instructor, thoroughly enjoyed our yoga class and as beginners she made us feel supported fully. Highly recommend, a tremendous gem !
