I love this studio! Beautiful space! The energy is very peaceful! Quiet area with incredible views (especially at sunset). The yoga classes are great and they do a wonderful job at bringing a variety of activities from sound baths, to cacao ceremonies with a diverse array of instruments, teachings and lineages! So grateful this space exists!

I absolutely love this studio. The teacher I have seen, Andrea, is very experienced and attentive. Throughout the class, we do many different poses and breathing exercises. I started as a beginner, but just after 4 classes, I have been able to hold a head stand for 10 seconds. This class is truly for everyone - beginners and more experienced yogis and with the smaller class size, you get plenty of 1-1 attention. Also, I have found this has helped my other workouts too. I am training for a 10K and in the past, the most I could ever run was ~2.5 miles, but the other day after not having run for a while and just doing this class, I was able to run 4 miles without difficulty by focusing on my breath! I love this class and would highly recommend. Also in the classes I have been in, there are two adorable kittens with us.

This is gem of a yoga studio in Queens! Instructors are kind and so knowledgeable that you feel safe and encouraged to challenge yourself. There is a special energy in there and you feel it as soon as you step in. I cant wait to be back!

Ray of Bliss was the first place I've ever gone for yoga in my life, and it was a perfect introduction for me!! They are extremely knowledgeable, teach beginner fundamentals w/ options to progress, and have a holistic practice that always includes things like breath work/mindfulness/etc. They teach a LOT more than "just do this pose". This is a great place to go from "omg there's no way I can try that pose today, too scary!" to "oh, it's actually possible for me, no way!!". Andrea is a master and other teachers like Flor, Alina, and more all know what they're doing and have years of experience. This is definitely the best yoga studio I've tried in LIC! Come try them out!!

Beautiful space and a great class. Andrea is incredibly patient and encouraging. She really takes the time to make sure that your body is correctly aligned, and also pushes you to challenge yourself. You will definitely break a sweat, but you will feel amazing.
