Paige is an exceptional teacher and creates a plan for movement and strength that is highly curated towards each of her clients abilities. Working with her has allowed me to both gain strength and alleviate pain - I highly recommend working with her.
Paige is so incredible! She has a very calm, gentle approach, and I would highly recommend her. I needed something restorative and her practice provided that and more! Her cues allow you to flow with your eyes closed and truly feel each stretch and breath. The session flew by and I left feeling better physically and mentally. Really amazing practice!
I absolutely loved my sessions with Paige. She was very aware of my health/and physical concerns. Extremely knowledgeable and kind journey into yoga & Pilates. I recommend Paige to anyone either starting out or an experienced yoga practitioner; she truly cares and makes every session special. The expert care she takes with individual concerns and the knowledge she brings (as well as her positive attitude) is what (to me) makes this an incredible experience and a valuable aid towards health.
In my years of taking yoga class, Paige is by far the most outstanding teacher. She is exceptionally gifted and has a special sensitivity and awareness of each person’s needs and the ways a body moves. She constantly refines and adjusts the routines she devises so that they are optimal in helping each person and her routines are varied, nuance and individually designed. Paige has a delightful and pleasant manner and is easy to talk to and always receptive to feedback. It is a privilege to work with such a wonderful yoga instructor.
I love Paige! Every single time I work with her, I always feel better, both physically & mentally. She’s such a calming presence, and does a wonderful job of working with your specific body and limitations, while still pushing you to try new things. I would recommend her to everyone!!!!!
