GoogleTook my mother here who is a follower of BK since 14 years in India. This place is in an extremely posh area very close to TimesSquare and yet the calm atmosphere inside is divine. I was very enlightened to meet sister Rona and get prasad. She also have me pamphlets of the coming up events and nearby centers where I can take my mother to meet Hindi speakers.
This has been my source of sustenance for the past one year. Any ups and downs of life and I know where to fall back to emotionally. The place acts a powerhouse for me and has not only helped me deepen my understanding of life but also myself and those around me. Would highly recommend the Thursday and Tuesday evening talks as well as the Saturday mini-retreats. The meditation room upstairs acts as a catalyst for me to go more deep into spiritual experiences everytime I step into that room.
Went to a meditation philosophy meetup here and it’s an unexpectedly gorgeous, clean space. Very tranquil and comfortable with kind facilitators. They allow people to walk in to take meditation breaks as well.
I have been coming to Brahma Kumaris in Brazil and New York since 2014, and it never lost the high quality to receive the students and public. I couldn’t believe that time and I’m still fascinated how BK maintain everything always peaceful, clean and beautiful. It is a little piece of heaven for me in the middle of Manhattan. I’m so grateful to have a place where I feel at home , and I can find myself through meditation. I know you will feel the same if you give yourself this beautiful chance. Om Shanti ( I’m peace).
An incredibly beautiful and peaceful space for meditation and reflection. Every Thursday at 6pm Sister Rona goes through a guided mediation and spiritual lecture that’s of no charge. A great place to come to start or deepen your spiritual practice!
