My physiotherapist recommended Jules’ Lifeforce Wellbeing class after I sustained an injury. That was five years ago and I have benefited in so many ways since. Jules has an amazing insight and knowledge of the essential elements of teaching yoga for both novice and advanced students. Her sessions are always enjoyable and consistent with the level of attendees with thoughtful guidance for those with particular needs. Newcomers can always rely on a warm welcome at every session within a non-judgmental group who are all there to maintain their personal health and wellbeing. I have found that Lifeforce Wellbeing and Zen Beach Yoga classes have helped me improve my posture and strengthen my core. I am also understanding the value of awareness. It is fabulous to be able to do Yoga and Qi Gong in such a beautiful location. Through going to these amazing classes, I have met the most wonderful, warm and friendly group of women and I am grateful to be part of it. Jules is a lovely caring teacher and there is always a great atmosphere.
