Jaya Yoga has 2 locations. Here is the review I wrote for the Jaya East location (it applies to this location as well): I have gained a tremendous amount of strength and agility as a result of taking classes at Jaya for about 2 years. Probably more than I ever did as a result of running, swimming, going to the gym, or doing gymnastics, and I've been doing those things for many, many years. I also found an incredibly supportive and warm-hearted community here. The community is actually the best part. And doing the teacher training here was one of the best decisions of my life.

I've been practicing at Jaya for about a year and a half. I really love their classes and community and would recommend to anyone in the neighborhood looking for a yoga studio. The teachers are very warm, inclusive of all bodies and ability levels, and very skilled at facilitating a yoga class experience. What's different about Jaya compared to other studios I've been to is that it's not just a set of classes - it's a community. (And for anyone wondering, yes, the two locations are part of the same studio, you can go to both.)

Jaya is my daily practice Wonderful teachers, kind atmosphere and encouragement have helped me overcome arthritis and stress fractures in my knees, and enhanced my occupational therapy for carpal tunnel syndrome and essential tremor. Meditation helps tremendously with the stresses of modern life. A great Sangha!

Simply the most attentive, aware, and attuned teachers I have ever met. Love this studio, it is better then therapy !
