I attended this class after being recommended to Gemma by a work colleague. I have been to yoga classes in the past but often felt neglected due to some what overwhelming numbers of participants. I found this class especially rewarding due to the caring nature of Gemma the instructor. After a Brief friendly consultation, I felt that Gemma really listened to what I was feeling within my body and although it wasn’t a specifically tailored session, I really felt as if she would often check in on me throughout the class paying close attention to the key problem areas that I had discussed with her before beforehand. I highly recommend this class for both Intermediates and beginners looking for a Moderately intimate yet inclusive experience, lovely people who make you feel welcome and class is location a short distance from the beautiful Wimbledon common for a piece full post class stroll to destress and unwind.
