GoogleI went to this yoga studio almost by mistake but fell in love with it instantly! As someone who was not particularly into yoga (or even exercise in general!) and had gone to a few different yoga classes over time but was never really sure what I was meant to be doing, it was so refreshing to find somewhere where they actually take the time to teach you about the different postures and movements we come across in each class, and what is anatomically correct for your body. This means that, unlike some other yoga classes, there is no sense of competitivity as each class is about doing what is right for your body that particular day. There is also a real sense of community, which means that each class feels like a safe space where we are encouraged to ask questions and challenge ourselves while also respecting our own bodies. Recently I’ve moved to Barcelona and tried out different yoga studios. I decided to make Figa my main yoga studio where I come daily because It’s such a beautiful place with intimate and personal classes. Miriam is a very warm person who immediately makes you feel at ease. She explains the technique so well (I’m a beginner) and makes sure to correct and help her students grow. And also she sings beautifully 🥰. Mucho amor for Figa studio 🤎 Also: the classes are super varieted! You’re not doing the same class over and over ☺️
Totally in love with the space and navakarana community! Miriam created a beautiful studio which feels like a yoga home and safe space to practice and grow. I enjoyed so much improving my navakarana practice on a regular basis. The mats are super clean and with a perfect grip, the studio has a beautiful welcoming and clean vibe. Besides the navakarana series I totally loved the essential oil aromas in shava. I definitely recommend Figa!

I have tried many yoga studios but to me Figa is the best ! Miriam is so dedicated in the practice, she is very patient and gives magical tips, my practice changed a lot for the best since I started I appreciate the small classes where I don’t feel any pressure It’s also a nice place to socialize and ideally located. That would be selfish not to recommend this gem !
