The small class size allows for a lot of individual attention, and the instructor Olga gives helpful hands-on corrections to ensure proper alignment and controlled, intentional exercises rather than rushing through repetitions. I’ve noticed improvements in strength, posture, and overall body awareness. Highly recommend.
