GoogleA life changing program that I feel beyond lucky to have experienced in this lifetime. If you have the opportunity, do not hesitate. You will make amazing memories, meet the purest souls, learn from such wise and knowledgable teachers, and do it all on the most magical island on the planet. Thank you for every East + West!!! I am forever grateful.
literally left my heart here! The training is far more deep than just asanas, philosophy, anatomy, but it was the practice of living as a yogi here. Met so many beautiful souls, guided by only the best teachers. ily forever eastwest.
My journey to Bali did not begin with East West Yoga. Another organization’s mass advertising, lead me to the idea. Their lack of response with my research and powerful conversation with the owner Cody laid the path for the most profound 3 weeks (plus 8 days extra) experience. From the accommodations, to the amazing food from the most amazing staff at the Ananda Ubud Resort, to the most Dynamic Ranty Who is your first point of contact, not to mention a Bali ambassador and East West magic maker. When Cody said he had a powerful team in Bali, he was not joking. As somebody who had come to this program, knowing it would alter everything for me. My knowledge of yoga, my commitment and discipline to my new daily practice and my all around understanding, this couldn’t have been a better choice. I was one of the individuals that just had 20 yoga classes under my belt, Not, a daily practice. I have been doing for years. This meant when they would say Vinyasa, I would have to look it up. But that’s the Beauty of this program is it meet you where you are to help you start and/or grow in your journey. When I first arrived at Bali, I met up with an individual Who is keeping Yoga at a very well known Yoga location in Ubud. When I started with my story and she heard the other organization’s name, Terror briefly came across her face. But when I told her I was going to East West, she said Michelle, oh my gosh. I just looked them up and the individuals that are involved in their teaching are people that are known throughout Bali, but also internationally as some of the most dynamic individuals to learn from. I’ve worked personally with many of these individuals and you couldn’t have picked a better group of people to be trained by. So let me remind you that this is somebody that I met outside of East West throw another friend after I landed in Bali , What amazing confirmation that Me. One of the biggest parts of this trip for me was allowing the trust within my intuition and Of source to grow and allow me to Open up Or transcend into a new awareness. It did not disappoint. The teaching staff was phenomenal. From the opening ceremony to our celebration of completion, Kimberly, Akshay, Sujay, and Michael made sure that our confidence was solid because our knowledge and foundation was. The Jun2005 200YTT cohort became family. We came together and grew and celebrated each other’s Challenges, Difficulties, And most of all successes. Our teaching assistant Trish was Such a gift. As of previous student, she was able to provide not only support Insight to things that felt overwhelming in the moment Helping us to relax and experience what was happening By staying present. Honestly, my only complaint None of us were ready for it to end. It came home very very quickly and very easily. I taught my first class today on the outside lol, And my student said amazing. See you next week. There are no words to express how Grateful I am. Thank you and I can’t wait to come back for more. Sidenote: Bring a bandanna so when you get on the bikes, you can wear it under the helmets. Also, you’ve got to check out Rusters They have the best mocha glaze, croissant and spanakopita And smoothies I’ve ever had in my life. Honestly, all the food that I ate was fantastic. And no, I didn’t get Bali Belly and I think only one person did after eating some food that she questioned in the first place. If you choose East West, congratulations and welcome to the family Feel free to check me out on IG @BreathNYoga
I have so many good things to say about this yoga school, yet words hardly seem enough. I completed the 300-hour teacher training and truly appreciate how East West approaches yoga in such a holistic way. One of the most remarkable aspects is the diversity of perspectives in their teachings, thanks to trainers from various nationalities and backgrounds. They cared for every participant without exception. I'm deeply grateful to be part of the East West family.
Life changing experience! Would recommend this teacher training to everyone, so much love joy and transformation! Thank you so much East West! The teachers are very experienced with a wealth of knowledge on yoga which they love to share. The shala where you practice and learn all about yoga is ridiculously beautiful surrounded by jungle and rice paddies. The accommodation is peaceful and serene surrounded by nature and the food is delicious!
