Ladan is an amazing yoga teacher! Her classes are both grounding and energising, and she has a wonderful way of making yoga accessible no matter your level of experience. My body is not flexible but I always leave her sessions feeling calmer, stronger, and more centered. Her soothing voice during meditation helps me switch off and go deep into my meditation. Ladan explains each movement clearly and pays attention to alignment, which has really helped me improve my practice and remembering to breathe! Ladan is a great teacher, she really cares about her students and creates a very safe atmosphere. She is also extremely technically proficient, which has meant I avoided the usual injuries I get from doing yoga - indeed, she teaches you how to get to know your body, thereby avoiding injury in the future and more generally improving your mind-body connection. Just finished a yoga retreat with Ladan. She is a wonderful instructor. I had not practiced yoga for the last year and she was very patient and supportive of my struggles with holding poses. Ladan is a delightfully kind, open and wise person and she made me feel comfortable right away. She seemed to have something for all skill levels during the retreat. Loved the meditation component as well.
