GooglePregnancy yoga with Dani is so much more than just yoga poses and stretching. Dani has a wealth of knowledge and creates such a warm, welcoming space where expecting mums can learn, share, and truly connect. From the very first session, I felt supported and understood. I attended two terms (20 weeks), and the transformation from my first class to now has been incredible. I feel less alone, far more confident, and genuinely equipped for birth. Instead of feeling scared, I now feel excited and empowered. The sense of support from both Dani and the other women in the class is something really special. Through these classes, I’ve made mum friends for life and found a beautiful community I didn’t even realise I needed. I’m so looking forward to continuing this journey with mums and bubs yoga in Term 1 next year and experiencing this next chapter with the same love, guidance, and support. Dani truly has a gift for building community, and I couldn’t recommend her pregnancy yoga classes more highly. 💛
I started pregnancy yoga with Dani in January 2024, and a few weeks later I knew she was someone special who I wanted at my birth. Firstly, pregnancy yoga was my favourite time of every week. It was a casual and genuine space to be surrounded by others going through the same things - symptoms, fears, excitement and anticipation. I absolutely loved it! Having Dani as our Doula was so special. She was so supportive during a long labour with a baby not in a good position. She helped with movements to try to help baby engage, she was an emotional support as my birth went completely opposite to what I had envisioned, she was there as a shoulder to cry on from the intensity of things not going as planned, she stayed with me, fed me and helped me wash while my baby was taken to NICU and I had to wait for the epidural to wear off. I knew in my heart she needed to be there and I am SO glad she was. Her post birth check ins completely shifted my mindset and helped me feel so proud and content with our birth experience. I also did Mums and bubs yoga (and had a few amazing massages) so in total spent 9 months with Dani over the year and I was so sad to say goodbye at the end of our journey together as she was a huge part of it all. If you’re considering a Doula or want some connection with other expecting mamas, I highly recommend getting in touch with Dani!
Have just completed a pregnancy birth yoga term with Dani and her sister Mariah. Highly recommend for ‘helping with piecing it altogether’. It’s a small group of mums (first, second, third etc) and is a very realistic yet positive space for you to share and explore the journey of pregnancy and prep for labour. Thank you for such a wholesome experience Dani!
I was part of Dani’s 5 week pregnancy yoga study and enjoyed my time so much that I signed up for a term of Mum & Bubs yoga. I can highly recommend Dani’s classes which are intimate, calming & holistic. I really appreciate her approach to yoga & birth prep that encourages education and building community. I found connection with other Mums through Mum & Bubs that I am still enjoying. Dani’s great at making everyone feel comfortable to practice however they can with bub; feeding, resting and taking things at your own pace is encouraged. And the end of class snack & tea was always a highlight :) Thanks Dani for being such an encouraging and helpful resource for my transition into becoming a Mum.
I would highly recommend anyone who is wanting to take a pregnancy yoga class to book in with Dani Mondahl. She creates such a welcoming environment, with small class sizes and brings a wealth of knowledge to the sessions. I felt noticed, appreciated and supported. Being a first time mum to be with so much overwhelming information out there, I wouldn’t feel as prepared as I do for my upcoming birth without Dani. Also another amazing perk after class is home baked goodies and a delicious hot tea to top off a great class. Dani also offers pregnancy massages and doula services. I had the pleasure of having a massage with her and I left feeling so relaxed. So if you’re looking for someone who’s kind, caring, easy going and very approachable then you can’t look past Dani.
