Carolina is an incredibly gifted facilitator, space holder, guide and sound healer. Her ceremonies are always impeccably curated (while allowing whatever needs to flow through) and beautifully designed down to every last detail. I always feel extremely safe, heard and inspired after the ceremonies or 1:1 sessions. I deeply trust Carolina and the integrity she embodies. She has such a warm and beautiful heart, I highly recommend a ceremony or 1:1 healing session with her! 🥰
Carolina visited the yoga studio Re-Treat Yourself to lead a cacao ceremony with a sound bath. She created a magical atmosphere for the ritual with thoughtfully chosen scents and sounds. She used several musical instruments, including singing bowls, a gong, and a handpan, to create a vibrant and immersive sound bath. I left the studio feeling relaxed and inspired after the ceremony.
I find it hard to describe with words how I experienced the cacao & sound meditation ceremony with Carolina. It was so special! Carolina has a lot of knowledge about this ancient ritual and she creates such a warm and welcoming space. I went alone and felt immediately at ease! The workshop space and all attributes and rituals in the space were beautiful. Carolina really takes the time to connect one on one with everyone. The cacao was super tasteful and the atmosphere and ritual they created made me feel so at ease and grateful. I loved all rituals before and after, it felt so intentional and really warmed my hearth. All the beautiful and special instruments played by Carolina and her team make this a very special ceremony. I also loved the small contact moments they created during the ceremony. Don't hesitate, just go! I'm going back soon -specially to this one workshop by Carolina and recommended her to quite some people around me already. Enjoy!
I recently joined a cacao ceremony, and Carolina is such a wonderful space holder. She has beautiful energy and led the ceremony with so much kindness, care, and wisdom rooted in ancient traditions. It truly felt like a very comprehensive evening — from grounding exercises to meaningful rituals, everything was amazing. I’ve been to many ceremonies in Amsterdam, but this one felt truly special.
