Life is busy. It’s hectic. It almost seems impossible some days.
Just like having an ‘energetic shower’, Canberra Yoga Space is about providing you the facility to revitalise yourself and your inner being.
The motto of CYS is “Connect, Revitalise, Create”. As you revitalise your inner-being and the mental chatter diminishes, it will empower you to live healthier, listen to your true self with ease, and thus support you to create the life you truly want to live.
No matter what style of class you attend at CYS, all our teachers operate under the one philosophy, which is to revitalise you and restore you to your natural centre/ your natural state. They concentrate on breathing and fluid body movement, providing a meditative practice to quiet the mind and help you reduce mental chatter and free up blocked energy in the body. This enables you to relax, become more alert and improve your fitness, overall health and wellbeing.
Our beginners course is 42 classes over 6 weeks. You can attend as many classes as you want for only $99. That is less than $2.50 a class!
