GoogleI am having an excellent experience at Ayur Health clinic. Dr Rewa is very knowledgeable, kind, and patient. She communicates clearly and reassuringly. Dr Rewa carefully assesses the condition and provides well-planned treatment that is effective The whole-body therapies, including massage, steam bath and shirodhara are well performed and bring noticeable relief. In addition specific yoga exeecises are recommended to support overall recovery and strengrh. A thoughtful and complete approach to treating the whole body. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Amazing experience. I came in with a lot of pain and very high inflammation, but after just the first session I noticed a drastic change. My body felt lighter and more mobile. With a series of sessions and the helpful dietary guidance, I started feeling really good and felt like I was finally getting my mobility back. Dr. Rewa treated me with great care and professionalism, and her approach made me feel supported and confident throughout the healing process.
We visited Ayur Health: Ayurveda Clinic for a post-pregnancy massage and had a wonderful experience. The environment was calm and welcoming, and the therapist was gentle, professional, and very attentive to postpartum needs. The massage was deeply relaxing and helped relieve body tension. On a public holiday I was desperately looking for a massage and happened to find this place, conveniently close to my house. It turned out to be exactly what I needed. I’ve had two massages with Dr Naina so far and they’ve honestly been some of the best I’ve ever experienced. Each session leaves my whole body deeply relaxed and the steam bath at the end is the perfect cherry on top. Because she’s a doctor, she truly understands the body — my aches, my stiffness and exactly what I need. I walk out feeling lighter, calmer and completely refreshed every time. Highly recommended!
Dr Rewa . Highly recommend a must to treat your body to The best lymphatic drainage massage care i have ever experienced. My nodes were like giant bunches of muscat grapes .
