All classes are aimed to meet the health needs of today’s Western body/mind/self inspiring people to "Live Well " through their practice of Yoga.
Anyone can benefit from the practice of Yoga. Some people are in great health and others have physical limitations or injuries.
In each class you will be supported week by week to deepen your yoga practice and work at your own level of strength and flexibility. You will receive guidance about getting into the pose, finding proper alignment and how to develop correct relaxed breathing.
