GoogleI visited couple of yoga centres in Barcelona and went through different type of price. This center offered an unlimited number of class per month for only approx 50 euros. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxing which is also super important for me as I wish to find a space to disconnect and practice. I went to one vinyasa class and the instruction is good (I am practicing yoga since 5 years from hatha to rocket and I met a lot of instructors in those years). The only bad thing from my expat perspective and knowing the number of English speakers on the last class, is the lack of English lessons. Other than that I recommend!:)
This place has in a way changed my life! Now I love yoga, it is a routine! The prices are so good, plus the staff is understanding and teachers are great. All types of classes for all levels. Love my classes every morning!
I highly recommend this yoga center they have great classes, teachers and staff. I’ve enjoyed and felt the stretches each and everything I’ve assisted a class. It’s also a great way to learn Spanish and meet new people. Also they have super fun activities they offer outside of the studio which is a win in my book. 1000/10
Welcoming and helpful staff. The centre caters for all levels. The teachers are experienced but have no egos. They will encourage you during the practice but no so much as to put you off coming again. i cannot recommend YogaOne enough. A great place to start your yoga journey.
