The environment is welcoming and there is no pressure to excel - I loved to go at the pace I could and surprise myself with small improvements I see. I look forward to my yoga class every week. If you have any hesitance about starting yoga she’s the best to start with and I highly recommend her even if you are starting out or have experience and want to go a little deeper into the practice. Yoga with Shivangi is a transformative journey to balance both body and mind. Shivangi is an incredible teacher who welcomes all abilities and is very knowledgeable and passionate towards teaching yoga. Her studio is warm and cozy so one never feels overwhelmed. Her way of slowly explaining the seemingly impossible poses have been truly helpful for me. The atmosphere in the class is very friendly and the meditation practice along with her calming voice being one of the highlights of the class. The detailed explanation of each step of Surya Namaskar while performing with correct breathing techniques is a great experience not to be missed. I highly recommended Yoga with Shivangi.
